what can you do for muscle ache?

Muscle ache is very common problem when you don't sit/stand in proper posture. Especially you have to sit in front of computer continously and typing some words for your report.hehe...

Below is what i used for my neck ache, it's really helpful. After you applied it, you can feel warmth around the area where you applied the cream. This is exactly what you need when you are in real pain! Although massage can help, but it's quite tiring to have manage your neck yourself and you need to massage quite a long time for my case to get rid of the pain.
